Bio

Beth Weagraff is the Vice President of Post-Acute Care Development and Implementation for Adventist Health System. Beth is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Adventist Health System’s post-acute care strategy and initiatives, and has oversight of the organization’s home health central billing office. Beth has spent 33 years working within Adventist Health System, including her current position as Chief Operating Officer for Florida Hospital Medical Group, which is AHS’ largest employed physician group.

Prior to that role, Beth served as Senior Vice President for Florida Hospital where she provided oversight of the Cardiovascular Institute, Neuroscience Institute and the Institute for Surgical Advancement. She began her healthcare career in 1982 as a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude. Beth also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
